If you cancel your subscription, access to paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not generate refunds for the current billing period.
BeyondBudget reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing at any time.
If pricing changes occur, we will provide advance notice to affected users.
New pricing will apply beginning with the next billing cycle following the notice period.

Results generated by the Service are estimates based on user-provided information and assumptions.
BeyondBudget makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of projected financial results.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
SeaSuites, LLC makes no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeaSuites, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the previous twelve (12) months.
